specifics of our Intensive Attachment Therapy Program. Who are the Evergreen Consultants? Evergreen Consultants in Human Behavior, was founded by Foster Cline, M.D. in 1971. Evergreen Consultants remains on the cutting edge of developing and refining therapeutic and parenting methods for attachment and bonding. EC is internationally recognized in attachment therapy utilizing an intensive treatment model. This treatment approach has been featured on national television (e.g. 20/20, Dateline NBC, The Reporters) and in professional publications. It is
